Vision Quest celebrats its 14th anniversary in 2010. The trade show continues to provide incredible opportunities with over 900 individuals attending as delegates, trade show participants and sponsors. This year’s event once again, promises an exciting line-up of workshops, keynote presentations and entertainment.
Exhibitor Fees (includes GST)
$210.00 for artists and craftspersons
$525.00 for small businesses (under 20 employees)
$682.50 for large businesses (over 20 employees).
Exhibitor Entitlements
Exhibitors at Vision Quest are exposed to amazing opportunities.With over 80 exhibitors and over 900 Conference participants, the trade show floor promises to be a busy place again in 2010.
Exhibitor fees include:

10’ x 10’ booth space including 1 table and 2 chairs
- Access to the Exhibitor Lounge with complimentary refreshments and lunch both show days
- The option to attend the Gala Banquet (Tickets $50.00 each)
- 25 guest passes to distribute to your current and potential clients to come visit your booth at Vision Quest (Trade Show now open to the public at all times!)
- Networking and business opportunities

To order electrical/Internet/phone, please contact Mary Fehr at the Winnipeg Convention Centre at (204) 957-4538 or for order forms, visit www.wcc.mb.ca/servicesequipment.php . For other booth requirements such as carpet, display materials, additional tables or chairs, please contact Central Display at (204) 237-3367. All orders must be received and paid in advance of the show.
Set-up & Tear-down:
Exhibitor set-up is Tuesday, May 18th from 12:00 – 6:00 pm. Set-up must be completed by 6:00 pm. Tear-down takes place on Thursday, May 20th from 2:30 – 4:30 pm.
Show Hours:

Wednesday, May 19th: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Thursday, May 20th: 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
Security:
A security guard will be on-site in the trade show area in the off-hours of the event; however, we do recommend that you remove computers and other valuables during those hours or if you leave the exhibit area during show hours. We recommend that you provide your own insurance for your own protection.
